IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CHANGES TO TICKET PURCHASING
Due to Government Covid-19 Guidance we are currently limiting the number of visitors we allow at the park each day.
In order to do this, our booking system now requires you book your tickets for specific days, rather than being redeemable throughout the season.
Online bookings are now limited in number as are gate entry tickets. We are constantly adapting and tracking the effective social distancing on-site and adapt to any ongoing changes to the government guidance.
We thank you all for your patience during this challenging time. Your safety is of upmost importance to us, and we hope to extend the capacity on-site when it’s safe to do so.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REVISIT TICKETS
Please read carefully the following conditions of sale for any revisit ticket bookings –
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PHOTO ID TO CORRESPOND WITH YOUR ORIGINAL FULL PRICE BOOKING & REVISIT BOOKING UPON ENTRY (DUE TO OUR UPDATED HALF PRICE TICKETING SYSTEM)
– If you book your first visit tickets online you will be sent instructions via email on how to redeem your revisit discount. If you buy your tickets at the gate, please refer to your till receipt for details on how to book revisit tickets.
– Our revisit booking promotion offers 50% off the gate price for your next visit. This price is offered regardless of where you booked your initial tickets (gate entry or online booking).
– In order to validate any revisit booking tickets, you must provide proof of purchase of your original online or gate entry tickets.
– You must provide either original gate ticket receipts or online confirmation tickets for the exact number of revisit tickets you have purchased online.
– All original tickets must have been purchased in the same name as the revisit bookings. We will not accept tickets purchased in other names as proof of purchase.
– The revisit discount is only applicable to the number of tickets previously purchased, and can’t be applied to any additional tickets required for your return visit. If you are bringing more visitors with you in your group upon the return visit, then the additional tickets will be charged at full price.
– If you fail to provide the required validation when you return for your revisit, you will be asked to pay the balance of a full gate price ticket in order to gain entry to the park.
– In order to prevent any additional costs or delay in entering the park, we ask you to only use the online revisit booking system if you are absolutely certain you can meet all the requirements outlined above.
